Job Title: Lead Talent Acquisition Partner

At Semrush, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses approach digital marketing. As our Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving excellence in hiring.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts. As a strategic leader, you'll oversee the entire recruitment function, driving initiatives and projects to optimize processes and foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and HRBPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement recruitment cycles aligned with divisional specifics, stakeholder expectations, and Semrush recruitment processes.
  • Formulate and lead hiring strategies to align with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
  • Ensure predictability of hiring in terms of time-to-hire (TTO) and quality of pipeline.
  • Optimize and innovate recruitment processes for greater efficiency, predictability, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of TA Guild to establish and monitor key metrics and KPIs.
  • Participate in budget planning to forecast quarterly hires and resources needed.
  • Provide insights on market trends and talent availability for specific roles and locations.
  • Lead senior-level recruitment, sourcing, and hiring top-tier senior talent.
  • Build partnerships with external agencies, educational institutions, and industry organizations to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Oversee resource allocation and collaborate with the Head of TA Guild on additional resources as needed.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to effectively manage and track quarterly hiring plan achievement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 8+ years in a TA role, 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Recruitee and other recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
