Our Approach

We dive deep into understanding your business, enabling organizational transformation that aligns with your goals and maximizes growth. Our partner, with more than 1000 employees and a leader in communication in Spain, is looking to incorporate a Talent Manager to lead their talent area in HR.

The Role

The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key talent within the company, as well as overseeing selection and development processes. This role will work closely with all departments and lead the talent acquisition strategy while ensuring that internal HR processes are digitized and optimized.

Your Mission
  1. Design and maintain comprehensive training and development programs that support the organization's strategic objectives.
  2. Identify skill gaps in employee performance and develop training programs to address those gaps.
  3. Manage the training and development budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
  4. Track training metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of development programs.
  5. Develop talent management and acquisition programs.
  6. Design and develop an attractive employer branding strategy, including clear and differentiating value propositions.
  7. Work with department leaders to identify performance needs and recommend future training programs.
  8. Lead the annual performance and talent evaluation process in close collaboration with all departments.
  9. Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, diversity, and organizational culture.
  10. Develop and implement career plans, including development opportunities.
  11. Lead the company's re-digitalization projects.
  12. Ensure compliance with bureaucratic processes and proper execution of steps.
  13. Lead and manage selection processes and funnels, helping to scale and develop the talent team.
What We Need

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally in HR or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience leading talent management in a company with 1000 or more employees.
  • Knowledge in digitizing internal HR processes.
  • Demonstrable experience in organizational development and leadership, project management, and change management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and suppliers.
  • Strong insight to identify opportunities and foster innovative thinking.
  • Fluency in English and Catalan.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
