About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our Finance team at Ontex. As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in delivering financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Partner with the General Manager and Commercial teams to deliver business unit and customer financial KPIs, including top- and bottom-line targets, accounts receivable targets, and forecast accuracy.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to simulate multiple scenarios for business opportunities and special projects.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Own the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve forecast and budget KPIs.
    • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Commercial Performance Analysis
    • Analyze commercial, operational, and financial data to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
    • Develop and maintain sales, profitability, and cost center reporting and analysis.
  • Strategic Support
    • Provide financial support to strategic and operational decision-making processes at the business unit and customer level.
    • Develop and maintain financial analysis and controls to support commercial activity and other sales and marketing-related projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
