Your Mission

As a Property Investment Specialist, you'll deliver exceptional client outcomes and experiences throughout their end-to-end property investment journey with PropHero. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding clients and providing them with information on the PropHero methodology and process
  • Communicating regularly with clients via various channels to resolve queries and keep them updated
  • Conducting analysis on client portfolios to understand their lifecycle and decide on the next steps
  • Presenting property opportunities to clients and helping the supply team prioritize and refine their property search
