Drive Success with Vrbo's Vacation Rental Hosts

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with Vrbo's Vacation Rental Hosts to improve their productivity and results within our marketplace. Your primary responsibility is to maximize the production potential in the Vrbo marketplace by utilizing and sharing unique data insights, marketing, distribution, and revenue management tools with Hosts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish performance goals with partners, develop action plans, and secure commitment for adoption/usage
  • Optimize content, rate, and availability to maximize booking conversion
  • Manage a large volume of clients through multiple consultations daily
  • Understand key demand/supply indicators, economic data, trends, and competitive information within the designated strategic market
  • Pitch additional relevant products to existing customers or prospects

Requirements:

  • German native speaker or bilingual/proficient level of German, plus fluent in English
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field; or equivalent professional work experience
  • 2 to 4 years of sales, client services, or account management experience
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SalesForce or other CRM systems and Tableau or other BI platforms
