Account Manager Role at Expedia Group

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Expedia Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling relationships with our medium-sized partners, providing leadership to your portfolio of partners, and ensuring a smooth account transition process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of 6-10 partners in the Northern Europe & Southeastern Europe Region
  • Implement business strategies and position PLS as a partner of choice
  • Accurately diagnose partner business needs and collaborate with other teams
  • Renegotiate and renew contracts with partners to develop mutually beneficial deals
  • Identify best practices and share them with affiliate partners

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, with other European languages beneficial
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B Account Management experience in the Travel industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term strategic relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience working with sales incentives and familiarity with marketing initiatives
