Account Manager

At Expedia Group, we're looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling our relationships with medium-sized partners in the Southern European region. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for travel and technology, and a strong ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of around 15 partners at any given time in the Southern European region
- Help our team implement business strategies and position PLS as a partner of choice
- Accurately diagnose known and unknown partner business needs and collaborate with other teams
- Renegotiate and renew contracts with partners to develop mutually beneficial deals
- Identify best practices and proactively share them with affiliate partners
Requirements:
- Highly fluent in English, Spanish, and an additional European language (French and/or Italian)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B Account Management experience in the Travel industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term strategic relationships
