Your Opportunity with Deoleo: We are seeking an experienced and talented professional to join our team as a Global Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth Manager in Madrid. In this role, you will support our Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth Management units by defining global strategies, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure the correct planning, execution, and tracking of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define strategic guidelines and frameworks to ensure alignment and correct local deployment of our defined Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth Management strategic levers.
- Transfer the defined Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth Management vision and shared objectives to our different teams, ensuring correct alignment and local support if needed.
- Define the required reporting and shared KPIs to be completed among our business units.
- Support in the development of Strategic Business Plans, ensuring that our correct vision of Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth Management is reflected within the organization.
- Provide a global POS toolkit acting as the handbook for all markets, including main action levers, both for internal usage and external agencies.
- Define budget allocation guidelines to act as the frame of reference.
- Build shared assets for Key Account Managers, including category training material, commercial onboarding, process handbook, negotiation techniques, etc.
- Collaborate with our Global Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams and align Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth Management initiatives with our overall business strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Collaborate on the development of our Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth Management Community, involving the consolidation of resources among our business units, facilitating best practice sharing and standardization of content.
- Share regular updates on the latest industry trends to support all stakeholders to stay at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership in driving core Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth projects and functions forward.
- Proficiency in Trade Marketing strategies to translate marketing vision into actionable plans.
- In-depth industry knowledge and market trends to anticipate market volatility, competitive threats, and growth opportunities to nurture strategic plans.
