About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our Trade Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shopper strategy end-to-end at customer/channel level, preparing and implementing winning shopper activation plans to increase market share and deliver budgeted sales and profit targets.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality shopper execution and control at the point of purchase.
  • Prepare shopper activation plans, including promotional plans and in-store visibility plans, in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Control promotion budget and measure shopper marketing effectiveness of promotion investments in the channel.
  • Design pre-campaigns jointly with sales coordination, tracking, and execution.
  • Deliver brand priorities in market, taking direction from the Area marketing team on area priorities, and provide feedback with insights and in-market effectiveness of area initiatives.
  • Deliver execution strategies and plans through to the point of purchase to win with our customers and consumers.
  • Sales forecasting for promo packs, jointly with Sales and Marketing.
  • Ensure our merchandisers team have high-quality relevant materials to activate the brands with shoppers and consumers.
  • Support sell-in strategy development and activities.
  • Implement sell-out strategy to optimize visibility, build customer recommendations, and drive consumer preference.
  • Evaluate shopper marketing campaigns effectiveness, including ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Comply with local legislation and corporate standards in communication on materials and promotion.
  • Manage discussions with key customers on their category strategy, drive change, and significantly improve shopper engagement at the point of purchase.

Requirements
  • University Degree level +4 years mainly in Trade Marketing position.
  • Analytical & strategic vision.
  • Ability to uncover actionable insights.
  • Strong organization & deadline management skills.
  • Teamwork spirit and proactive approach.
  • Influencing & energetic drive.
  • High level of English.
