We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Sales and Operations Planning process for a cosmetic brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and optimized inventory levels.
- Lead the coordination of launches and promotional items global forecasting, and provide inputs to the Strategic Sales and Operations Planning process.
- Monitor and analyze sales forecast vs budget, and detect main deviations to highlight risk and opportunities.
- Lead the Global Sales and Operations Meeting with Global Brands, Global Finance, and Global Supply Planning to provide data on service level, forecast accuracy, sales forecast vs budget, and stock management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Demand Planning Community to ensure effective communication and feedback.
- At least 5 years of experience as Demand Planner or minimum 5 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas.
- Experience in the cosmetic industry is highly valued.
- Graduate in Engineering, Administration, or similar; Master in Supply Chain is a plus.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required.
- High analytical profile, holistic vision, team management, and communication skills.
- High skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software.
- SAP, JDA, APO, or similar planning tool is mandatory.
