Senior Payroll Specialist

En RSM estamos comprometidos con la sostenibilidad a todos los niveles y sabemos que las personas son nuestro activo más importante. Para apoyar a nuestros clientes, estamos buscando un/a Técnico de Nóminas Senior para nuestra oficina de Valencia.
Responsabilidades- Realizar todas las tareas del proceso mensual de nóminas (confección de nóminas, presentación de seguros sociales a la SS, previsión y cálculo de IRPF).
- Control de personal (informar a la SS de altas de empresas y empleados, bajas...).
- Formalización de contratos, anexos contractuales, cartas de despido, etc.
- Preparación, cuadre, presentación y liquidación de impuestos (Modelo 111, 190, 216 y 296) que afectan al ámbito laboral.
- Asegurar la correcta aplicación de los Convenios Colectivos y de la normativa laboral vigente.
- Relación con las mutuas de trabajo para gestionar las situaciones de empleados.
- Comunicación fluida con el cliente para seguimiento y resolución de dudas.
- Reporte a sus responsables directos.
- Plan de carrera: posibilidades reales de crecer en línea con el crecimiento de RSM.
- Plan de formación interna y externa.
- Exposición real con clientes.
- Transparencia, comunicación y feedback continuo.
