About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the main contact for future and existing students, providing excellent customer service and support throughout their journey with us.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide sales and customer support to students, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to course completion
  • Represent EF at fairs, events, and info meetings, showcasing our language programs and services
  • Prepare and execute events and meetings for students and their parents, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements



  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in an international education or customer-facing role
  • Full fluency in Spanish and Catalan, with a good level of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience of living abroad or participating in an exchange program is highly desirable
