Hybrid Sales Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Sales Consultant to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Hybrid Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive engagement with Norwegian companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Norwegian companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sales, marketing, business administration).
  • Native level of Norwegian.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a role focused on Norwegian-speaking audiences.
  • Knowledge of sales software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Benefits:

  • Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Salary: €25,500 gross per year + up to €4,500 gross per year in bonus.
  • This is a hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Permanent contract.

The estimated salary for this position is around €31,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
