We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Advertising Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Campaign Management team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple global accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Custom support for growth's highest spending clients in collaboration with the campaign manager and account strategist of the accounts.
  • Developing knowledge on an ongoing basis and contributing to the growth of accounts.
  • Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies.
  • End-to-end optimization of campaign budgets, technical set-ups reviews, and creative reviews to exceed client objectives.
  • Internal administrative tasks: submitting, requesting, and following up with support teams (finance, data analysts, technical solutions, creative designers, go-to-market/product team).
  • Helping the CM team identify optimization opportunities within current existing business portfolio (technical and strategic reviews).

You will contribute to the Campaign Management team's success by improving tools and internal processes. This includes taking part in the creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks (e.g., monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities) as well as running campaign health checks at scale.

The ideal candidate has already completed an internship in sales and client service, preferably in a tech-related field. You possess strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors are also essential.
