Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Growth to join our team at Adaptive Teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and scaling our business through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive growth plans to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead Marketing and Sales Efforts: Oversee marketing and sales functions, including discovery calls, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Represent the Brand: Serve as the face of our agency, hosting webinars, participating in podcasts, and attending industry events to promote our services and expertise.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, driving client success and scaling growth.
  • Lead Sales Efforts: Manage client acquisition and strengthen ongoing relationships to drive business growth.
  • Represent the Agency: Strategically represent our agency at conferences and networking events to drive brand awareness and build partnerships.
  • Analyze Marketing Data: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to optimize marketing campaigns for better performance.
  • Oversee Multiple Projects: Proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating a take-charge attitude and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of driving results and scaling businesses in growth or digital marketing.
  • 4+ Years of Sales Experience: Strong sales background, with at least 2 years working with service agencies.
  • 1+ Year of E-commerce Experience: Experience working in e-commerce, particularly with small brands or FBA sellers.
  • Expert Knowledge of Amazon: Deep understanding of Amazon and its impact on e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Confident Communicator: Strong ability to communicate effectively, host webinars, speak at events, or appear on podcasts.
  • Proactive Mindset: Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects from start to finish.
  • Digital Marketing Channels: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to develop innovative strategies for business growth.
