Sales Performance Lead

PUMA is looking for a Sales Performance Lead to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with a results-driven track record.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Exceeding sales goals in a commission-based environment
  • Providing high levels of customer service
  • Reasoning through complex issues and communicating effectively
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

The role requires:

  • Constant walking and movement
  • Frequent stationary standing, reaching, and bending
  • Lifting and carrying boxes up to 30 pounds
  • Using ladder/step stool equipment

Critical senses for this position include speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.

Cognitive factors critical to this function are reading comprehension, basic math calculations, writing, complex problem solving, and basic computer work.
