Physical Security Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain various security systems related to physical security in Iron Mountain Data Centers.
- Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade security systems hardware and software with vendor support.
- Provide operational support for physical security systems and peripheral equipment, including application servers, database servers, and hardware devices.
- Execute day-to-day upkeep, management, and triage of access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems and their related workflows.
- Support projects based on the company's growth roadmap and site-driven improvement initiatives.
Intermediate IT and Network concepts understanding is crucial for contributing to successful project completions. You'll interact globally with manufacturers and vendors to support service and project execution. Collaboration with site security management is essential to ensure smooth physical security operations at applicable IMDC facilities.
Your MissionAs a Physical Security Systems Analyst, you'll share responsibility for the state of all physical security systems at IMDC locations, with a focus on the EMEA and APAC regions. Your goal is to provide the best experience for our customers and teammates.
