Job Title: Functional Analyst

ARQUIMEA is a technology company operating globally, providing innovative solutions and products in highly demanding sectors. Our areas of activity include Aerospace, Defense Security, Big Science, Biotechnology, and Fintech.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive sustainable transactional information alignment and integration across the entire Supply Chain.
  • Capture requirements from different business units and propose integrative solutions.
  • Integrate ERP modules with PLM and design tools used for designing electronic instrumentation.
  • Lead global supply chain improvement projects for automating transactional processes, enabling productivity, visibility, and information reliability.
  • Develop transactional knowledge organization across Arquimea.
  • Automate information flow along the whole supply chain.
  • Ensure supply chain and operational readiness, from the transactional point of view, to serve customers efficiently.
  • Liaise with Subsidiaries, users, and IT for responding to or driving improvements requested by customers.
  • Continuously improve systems to increase reliability, efficiency, and service.
Required Skills:
  • University degree in computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design, management, implementation, and technification of Master Data, Transactional Processes, and logistics operations.
  • Systems integration throughout the supply chain, both internally and with suppliers and customers.
  • Knowledge deployment (experience in teaching or senior consulting).
  • Knowledge in ERPs standard: SAP, Oracle, etc. (Netsuite is desirable).
  • Knowledge in PLM standard (preferably Duro).
  • WMS, TMS APS, SRM is desirable.
  • Experience in supply chain for the production of electronic boards and electronic instrumentation is desirable.
  • Proficient in English.
