Physical Security Systems Analyst

The Physical Security Systems Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of Iron Mountain's data centers. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining various security systems, including access control, CCTV, and biometric systems. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, install, and maintain security systems hardware and software
- Provide operational support for physical security systems and peripheral equipment
- Execute day-to-day upkeep, management, and triage of access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems
- Support projects based on the company's growth roadmap and site-driven improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with site security management to ensure smooth physical security operations at applicable IMDC facilities
- 2+ years of physical security systems experience
- Detailed technical knowledge working with security systems such as Honeywell ProWatch, Avigilon, Traka, Iris ID, Morpho Manager, and ServiceNow
- Low voltage wiring and installation experience is preferred
- Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships through effective communication
- Fluent in English and local language both speaking and writing
- Experience in a problem-solving role with a systematic approach is preferred
