This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining various security systems, including access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of security systems and protocols, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems.
- Configure, install, and upgrade security systems hardware and software, with vendor support as needed.
- Provide operational support for physical security systems and peripheral equipment, such as application servers, database servers, and hardware devices.
- Execute day-to-day upkeep, management, and triage of security systems and their related workflows.
- Support projects based on the company's growth roadmap and site-driven improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with site security management to ensure smooth physical security operations at applicable IMDC facilities.
- 2+ years of physical security systems experience.
- Detailed technical knowledge working with security systems, including Honeywell ProWatch, Avigilon, Traka, Iris ID, Morpho Manager, and ServiceNow.
- Low voltage wiring and installation experience is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships through effective communication.
- Fluent in English and local language, both speaking and writing.
- Experience in a problem-solving role with a systematic approach is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of networking and IT concepts.
