We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Security Systems Analyst to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the various security systems related to physical security in our data centers.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade security systems hardware and software with vendor support.
- Execute day-to-day upkeep, management, and triage of access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems and their related workflows.
- Support projects based on the company's growth roadmap and site-driven improvement initiatives.
- Interact with manufacturers and vendors to support service and project execution.
- Collaborate with site security management to ensure smooth physical security operations at applicable IMDC facilities.
- 2+ years of physical security systems experience.
- Detailed technical knowledge working with systems such as Honeywell ProWatch, Avigilon, Traka, Iris ID, Morpho Manager, and ServiceNow.
- Low voltage wiring and installation experience is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships through effective communication.
- Fluent in English and local language both speaking and writing.
- Experience in a problem-solving role with a systematic approach is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of networking and IT concepts.
