Sales Contracts Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a Sales, Contracts, Tenders and Offers Specialist to join our team in Spain. You will be responsible for the tender, offer and sales contract administration for all our Medical Products in France and Benelux.
Responsibilities:
- Track, search, and respond to new tender opportunities in close cooperation with Field/Provider Sales and legal department.
- Ownership to drive the completion and population of the tender documentation.
- Collate the requested information from a range of different sources within Gore and ensure high quality and accurate inclusion in the tender documentation.
- Ensure the renewal and extension of existing tenders and offers, driving all processes to completion, within specific timescales.
- Track and record all contractual results and inform your internal partners of the outcomes and contractual impacts.
- Ensure that pricing data is correct and provide product-related information when required.
Qualifications: University/bachelor level education preferred along with relevant experience. Ideally a strong background in tenders, offers and contracts management, preferably within the health sector.
