About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team at G-Star Raw. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital content strategy that drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content plan that aligns with our business objectives and brand vision
  • Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and territories
  • Lead a team of 5 digital content professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to integrate storytelling elements and drive brand consistency
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and content performance, using data to inform optimization and improvement strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce content management, preferably in the apparel, fashion, or retail industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive business results
  • Strong knowledge of Amplience, Hybris CMS, and/or HTML, with experience in managing content on a daily basis
  • Working understanding of technical SEO and ability to generate e-commerce trends and performance reports
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, information technology, or fashion
