We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to lead our e-commerce content strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a content plan that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand's vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Lead a team of digital content professionals to create engaging content that drives customer engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content execution and optimization
- Analyze and report on content performance using data-driven insights to inform future content decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce content management, preferably in the fashion industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive business results
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of content professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed content decisions
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in another EU language a plus
