About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team at Element Solutions Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver routine maintenance and support services to ensure the optimal performance of our clients' equipment
  • Be available for on-call support on a rotating basis to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct scheduled and preventative maintenance at client sites, primarily in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
  • Use remote diagnostics to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support
  • Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime
  • Ensure all maintenance and support activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and travel expenses
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in the use of remote diagnostics and other technical tools
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas
