About the Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to lead strategic customer conversations and drive onboarding processes. As the main point of contact for our rapidly growing customer base, you'll ensure customers are delighted with the unitQ experience.
You'll work closely with Sales and Operations teams to improve the onboarding process, reduce time-to-value, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your deep understanding of customer needs will enable you to deliver tailored solutions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, systematically tracking and addressing their questions and requests.
- Lead new customer onboardings, working in close conjunction with Sales and Operations teams.
- Drive improvements for the onboarding process to reduce time-to-onboard and improve customer experience.
- Proactively engage customers through regular touchpoints, delivering insights and helping them operationalize unitQ's data across their teams.
- Deeply understand customers' perception of ROI and actively communicate the value of the unitQ platform.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least three years of customer-facing experience, high energy, and a passion for making customers successful. Program or project management experience, ideally focused on onboarding or customer processes, is highly desirable.
You should possess clear written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to craft compelling presentations for both technical and business audiences. Customer empathy, integrity, and adaptability are essential qualities for this position.
