Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (estimated)


Job Description:


An entrepreneurial sales professional is required to drive geographical growth across strategic target accounts. You will excel at building pipeline, creating and closing new opportunities using a consultative approach to value-based selling. Our go-to-market strategy focuses on geographical and key industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
  • Prepare and maintain Territory Plans for agreed verticals
  • Create Account Plans including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts
  • Owning the end-to-end sales process from demand generation to closing deals
  • Work with partners to penetrate into accounts and create joint sales plays
  • 100% responsibility for owning annual sales targets and delivering quarterly budgets
  • Build and maintain CRM data hygiene and accurate reporting

Qualifications:



  • Demonstrate in-industry, enterprise software sales cycle delivery across assigned markets
  • Show an entrepreneurial mindset with innate curiosity and resilience
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data hygiene and accurate reporting
  • A track record of consistently meeting and over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Comfort working within a matrix-rich organization
