We are looking for a talented Key Account Strategist to join our team at Torre Match. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in helping remote clients find their dream properties.

Compensation:
USD 5 - 10/hour.
This salary reflects the current market rate for sales professionals with experience in real estate and fluent language skills.

Location:
Remote (for Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Ecuador, El Salvador, and Bolivia).
This allows for flexibility and opportunities to work with clients from diverse regions.

  • Expertise in real estate sales
  • Proficiency in sales, sales closing, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in proactive outreach to potential buyers to negotiate favorable property sale terms
  2. Ccoordinate property dispositions for seamless transactions from start to finish
  3. Leverage industry-standard tools such as Follow Up Boss CRM, InvestorLift leads platform, and MLS to streamline operations
  4. Collaborate effectively with team members to refine sales strategies and achieve performance objectives
  5. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and optimize deal closure opportunities
  6. Utilize screen sharing technology to follow up on leads and respond promptly to inquiries
