The Workflow Specialist is responsible for defining and implementing laboratory workflows, delivering customer operator training and coaching, and providing application support and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar position and strong communication and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer operator training on-site.
- Implement and track laboratory workflows.
- Provide application support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions.
- Degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or health sciences.
- Proven track record in a similar position.
- Strong communication and technical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
The Workflow Specialist will play a critical role in defining and implementing laboratory workflows that meet the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the success of our customers and the growth of our business.
