Technical Support Role
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and web chat. You will also be responsible for recording customer interactions in our CRM system and participating in regular product training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific chemical product lines and services
- Accurately record customer interactions in our CRM system
- Participate in frequent product trainings and continue education on new applications and technologies
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information
- Participate in special team or individual projects
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
- 1-5 years laboratory experience
- Effective communication, both written and oral
- Customer centric attitude
- Proficient in Italian and English
