Job Title: F&B Attendant

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is a premier resort destination that offers an unparalleled experience for our guests. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet our guests with a smile, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products to enhance our guests' experience.
  • Provide fast, efficient, and accurate service to all our guests and colleagues.
  • Attend to guests' reasonable requests and ensure that all queries are responded to promptly and on time.
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu and food and beverage offerings to answer guests' questions and provide recommendations.
  • Take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders, maintaining an exceptional level of service.
  • Set up, clear, and promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated promptly.
  • Ensure the restaurant areas are clean and well-presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required.
  • Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and reporting any issues to management.
  • Ensure all charges procedures are carried out according to agreed procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous service experience is an asset
  • Knowledge about the Point-of-Sale System is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic Food Safety Certificate
  • Arabic Speaking is an advantage
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remain calm and courteous
