Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at Marriott International. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all guests receive attentive and personalized service, responding to their needs and requests promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and push/pull carts and equipment as needed.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for long periods, walking, and moving around the restaurant and kitchen areas. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
