Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent wait service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Learn to take customer orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop skills in using our Point of Sale (POS) system, accurately entering orders and making corrections as necessary.
  • Gain knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, making recommendations to guests and answering questions with confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition of information.
  • Assist with all roles and functions within the Food and Beverage department, as required.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a hotel/tourism or Food and Beverage education program.
  • Known for being enthusiastic, hospitable, team-oriented, stress-resistant, and representative of our hotel's values.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn and grow.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with French a plus.
  • Available for at least 6 months, working 5 days a week, 40 hours per week.
