We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the Food and Beverage operations, working closely with the team to maintain a high level of service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu and drinks offerings, able to describe their origin, taste, and preparation methods to guests.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized working area, adhering to safety and HACCP standards.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, providing a personalized and attentive service.
  • Process cash and credit card payments, accurately closing guest checks and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in food and beverage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and leaders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of important issues.
