Business Development Specialist with German Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Talent Search People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Cold calling potential clients in Germany and the UK to discuss business opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German and an advanced level of English.
- Excellent commercial and communication skills.
- The ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- A strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
- Results-orientated with a focus on achieving business objectives.
