We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with native-level Dutch language skills to join our team at Talent Search People - Native Speakers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound activities.
Key Responsibilities- Execute effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound activities.
- Generate, qualify, nurture, and handover leads and opportunities.
- Regularly review the lead pipeline and progression, providing qualitative feedback on campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of business experience, preferably in B2B relationships.
- Experience in managing and executing outbound/inbound activities.
- Proven sales drive and good IT/business software knowledge, preferably with SAP solutions.
- Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business context.
- Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Level C2) and Dutch (Level C2).
