We are seeking a seasoned IT project leader to contribute to our transformative initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, driving organizational transformation, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead various projects and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data to suggest changes that push the platform/product toward simplicity and clarity.
- Develop the product to ensure user satisfaction and meet business objectives.
- Define functionalities and new features, seeking inspiration from top players.
- Prioritize opportunities and weigh their benefits against required effort.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner/Senior Product Manager or CPO from e-commerce, startups, or SaaS business.
- Product development experience from a customer data and web perspective, with a connection to marketing.
- Knowledge of KPIs, product metrics, and ownership of the conversion funnel.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Attention to detail and systematization in task completion.
- Organizational skills and ability to see things through to completion.
- Problem-solving skills, information retrieval, and crisis management.
- Focus on numbers and their added value within the product.
- Effective communication with different types of people.
- Prioritization, multitasking, and high-performance work environment.
- Experience with task management systems, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Time flexibility, with availability after 17:00.
