About the Opportunity
This is a key role within our Freelance organisation, where we currently have a centralized workforce management function. Our goal is to establish HR teams and HR tooling for each of our individual brands by implementing an HRIS system. We are looking for an experienced HRIS Program Manager to oversee this process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an HRIS system that meets the needs of each brand
- Configure the HRIS system to align with our business goals
- Develop change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition
Requirements:
We require at least 7 years of experience in programme/project management within the design and rollout of HRIS systems across multiple regions. Additionally, you should have experience with multiple HRIS systems, such as Workday, and be able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and private equity company stakeholders.
What We Offer:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely with occasional travel in Europe. Fluency in English is required. The estimated salary for this position is €120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
