About the Role

Benevity is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our impact and reach by generating qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop our portfolio of clients
  • Generate leads with well-qualified prospects through different tools and resources
  • Contact new leads in companies, via cold calls, email, and social networks
  • Qualify those leads before passing them on to the Sales team
  • Present our solution and its benefits in meetings
  • Brainstorm on new solutions to further develop our offering on Employee Volunteering, Corporate Giving, and Impact Reporting

Requirements

  • A proven track record as Business Development Representative, or a similar Sales role
  • Fluency in English
  • A bachelor's degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations, or a related field
