We are seeking a skilled Global Manager Procurement TTH Raw Materials to join our Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing several portfolios: Grills and Smoke, Dairy and Seafood, working closely with our TTH division. Key responsibilities include developing and executing end-to-end sourcing strategies, ensuring security of supplies, delivering against key performance indicators, driving best practices, and connecting effectively with internal stakeholders and dsm-firmenich supply ecosystem in full accordance with our Ethical principles and policies.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end business-aligned sourcing strategies, including risk mitigation strategies and responsible sourcing.
  • Build strategic supplier relationships, driving commercial, sustainability, innovation, and performance initiatives.
  • Manage key internal stakeholders, engaging with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, commercial leads, and other departments.
  • Drive negotiations with suppliers, focusing on key identified criteria, such as quality, service delivery, operational improvements, total cost of ownership, and more.
  • Track and consolidate market data/intelligence, mapping global supply, import/export data, weather, and other relevant information.
  • Provide the latest supply coverage, price, and savings estimates.
  • Manage improvement and development projects.
  • Participate in target settings and deliver against plan.
  • Support taking calculated entrepreneurial risks and challenging assumptions.
  • Encourage cross-divisional working and learning networks and contribute to removing barriers that inhibit effective decision-making.
  • Be the ambassador of the Company values internally and externally.

What We Offer:

  • Degree from a University or College in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Science, or Agronomy.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Procurement.
  • Experience managing natural raw materials with significant price volatility and supply risk.
  • Ability to create, drive, implement an end-to-end sourcing strategy.
  • Experience in project management in a fast-paced, challenging, and multicultural environment.
  • Extremely good communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Experienced negotiator.
  • Previous exposure to responsible sourcing initiatives.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and good level of Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Basic ERP (SAP experience preferred).
  • International travels required.
