Job Summary
OJC Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will provide expert-level guidance on enterprise solutions such as Ivalua, Coupa, and GEP, and be involved in strategic projects for our key account customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage projects directly with clients or project managers, lead design workshops, write functional specifications, and participate in project management.
- Implementation: Participate in the configuration of applications, user training, and quality management.
- Customer Support: Gather customer needs, manage change, prepare supports, and provide user support.
- Pre-Sales: Occasionally participate in pre-sales processes, including analysis of customer needs, feasibility studies, and contribution to proposal writing.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in project management and functional analysis in the Purchasing or Supply Chain domain.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, knowledge of Purchasing and Supply Chain processes, design and analysis skills, project methodologies, and proficiency in French and English.
