- Collaborate with case teams and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
- Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility.
- 2+ years of consulting experience with relevance to corporate functions; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Fluency in English; German language preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (especially Advanced MS Excel).
- Knowledgeable on Operations processes related to Procurement strategy, value delivery, operating model, and Digital/Gen AI.
- Strong work ethics, service-mentality, and willingness to showcase expertise.
- Ability to multi-task & operate effectively in a matrix organization.
- Collaborative, team player - including in an international, virtual communications environment.
- Flexibility and bring an entrepreneurial mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas.
- Working in an ever-changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment.
