About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our global sourcing and procurement organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling sourcing activities in the IT area, ensuring alignment with our headquarters organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control sourcing activities in the IT area, ensuring alignment with the headquarters organization.
  • Oversee the operational procurement activities, both near and offshore, and ensure compliance with our procurement policies and procedures.
  • Interface with internal customers, handle escalations, and collaborate with other purchasing areas within Allianz.
  • Conclude local contracts to signature with best-in-class solutions and ensure policies, governance compliance, and risk management.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring that our procurement processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Procurement (tactical/strategic).
  • Experience in SAP Ariba and SAP MM, as well as related procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, sense of initiative, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders on all hierarchical levels.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
