About the Role

We're seeking a talented Procurement Specialist to join our Spain team. You'll closely collaborate with our procurement team in the Netherlands and/or China HQ.

This role primarily focuses on procurement and sourcing of services, requiring expertise in company procurement processes, management of suppliers and contracts, ordering and delivery management, payment oversight, and report preparation.

As a key player, you'll excel in cross-departmental collaboration and budget management, ensuring our purchasing strategies align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement: Adhere to company procurement policies and regulations.
  • Management of Suppliers and Contracts: Create, manage, and maintain qualified supplier information within the company's procurement system.
  • Ordering and Delivery Management: Create accurate purchase orders within the procurement system and ensure timely delivery coordination with suppliers.
  • Payment Management: Monitor the payment status of purchase orders and coordinate with the finance department to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Report Preparation: Collect, organize, and analyze procurement data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports.
Information System Implementation:

Lead and coordinate the implementation of information systems, ensuring all procurement activities are conducted within the system.

Procurement Support:

Provide procurement support across European countries, coordinating procurement activities and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Continuous Improvement and Learning:

Participate in continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

Continuously update procurement knowledge and skills to adapt to changing market and technological environments.
