About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our global sourcing and procurement organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling sourcing activities in the IT area, ensuring alignment with our headquarters organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control sourcing activities in the IT area, ensuring alignment with the headquarters organization.
  • Oversee the operational procurement activities, both near and offshore, and ensure compliance with our procurement policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of our procurement strategies and processes, including the Source-to-Contract (SAP Ariba) and Procure-to-Pay (SAP MM) processes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement-related matters, including contract management, supplier selection, and risk management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT procurement, with a strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP MM, as well as related procurement processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
