**Salary**: We offer a competitive Gran Canarian Plus salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from 45,000 to 55,000 euros per year, depending on qualifications and background.
**Job Description**: As our new Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for spearheading our social media strategy, cultivating engaging content, and fostering a strong online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media plan to increase engagement and reach.
- Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to ensure brand cohesion across all channels.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine our social media strategy and optimize results.
**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and working with content management systems (CMS).
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Figma.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft captivating captions and posts in English.
- Experience with social media analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
