Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant (Temporary) to join our team at El Corte Inglés Castellana store in Madrid. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all clients, ensuring they receive excellent advice on our collections.
  • Fulfill individual and store objectives by processing sales in a confident and professional manner.
  • Gather and collate clients' CRM details to build the client book and maintain relationships.
  • Maintain store standards, including stock and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Follow procedures and respect standards and code of ethics, including grooming and behavior.
  • Actively drive product knowledge by following the latest fashion trends and staying updated on all collections.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €25,000 - €35,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a luxury or high-fashion environment.
  • Proven experience selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and/or Leather Goods.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about Fashion, Art, and Culture.
