About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our European clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to clients via email or chat, resolving technical, creative, and financial issues related to Criteo's Management Center functionality.
  • Troubleshooting: Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide first-level support for Criteo products and features.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on best practices and Criteo's platform, ensuring they have a positive experience and achieve their goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with partner teams to resolve client requests and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze customer support efficiency metrics, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Problem-Solving: Passion for solving complex problems and simplifying technical topics.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
