- Develop and implement variable remuneration schemes
- Manage relationships with external compensation consulting companies
- Lead and manage compensation projects for the entire organization
- Train line managers on HR and compensation policies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business English
- Specialized training or certification in compensation and benefits programs is desirable
- Previous experience in compensation and benefits within multinational environments is advantageous
