About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Collection Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Cash Collection Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  2. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring accurate and timely collection of cash.
  3. Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and negotiate payment terms, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales, Billing, and Cash Allocation teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of financial activities.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our financial operations and customer experience.
Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in French.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve disputes effectively.
  3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
